Maduma Mat

The Maduma Mat features the iconic Maltese tile patterns, inspired by the classic designs found in homes & churches all over Malta. Made from 100% sustainable cork and TPE, it is durable and lightweight. The non-slip TPE base is essential for stability and grip. 

The tile patterns guide you through box breathing, while the inner tile designs offer an opportunity to trace as a way to ground yourself and focus through slow, consistent movements.

Each mat comes with a flexible strap which is easy to carry and can be used for stretching. It also includes a booklet explaining how to use the breathing guides, along with beginner stretches and exercises to get started.
